Do you want to start or receive a video call? You can do that very easily:
- Check whether you have a 3G-compatible device set up in dual or 3G mode. Don’t have a 3G device? Choose one from the Mobistar-catalogue.
- Check whether your are in one of the 3G-network (or UMTS network) zones.
- Dial the number of the person you wish to call or select it from your telephone book.
- Press the ‘Video Call’ key or the ‘Video Call’ option in your mobile phone.
To get the best quality of use we recommend you to:
- Use a hands-free set or headset so that you can keep your device at a suitable distance and call more comfortably;
- Check the image you’re sending on your control screen. You can modify various parameters: situation, light level, etc.
- Look into the camera and don’t move about too much.
