Customer Journey
Below you will find the different steps which follow after you have opted for IP-VPN from Mobistar.
| 1 | You sign a contract which also contains the configuration data and the options chosen. |
| 2 | As soon as we receive a signed contract, you are sent a letter confirming your order. |
| 3 | Mobistar assigns you a project manager who will accompany you throughout the installation process and who also becomes your permanent contact. |
| 4 | Your project manager agrees with you on a date when the site survey will be conducted. During this site survey, the project manager checks the various technical details of the file in question. |
| 5 | After the site survey, a technician comes to install or activate the copper line. Your project manager will confirm the exact date in good time. If a glass fibre connection is involved, the installation is done on a project basis, since this requires a specific approach. |
| 6 | Your project manager agrees with you on a date for the installation of the necessary hardware. We always ask you to invite someone from within your company to coordinate the activation of our service. |
| 7 | You receive a confirmation letter from Mobistar that the installation is complete. From now on your sites are connected with one another via a single data communication network and your employees can make use of centralised information, e-mail and other network applications. Henceforth the invoicing is done via Mobistar as well. |
The complete installation, from contract to delivery, takes an average of six weeks. Naturally, even after the delivery you can always contact your personal account manager. And our professional helpdesk is delighted to answer any questions you might have.
